Platform: The Smart School Solutions web and mobile application.

2. Eligibility

School administrators must be at least 18 years old to create and manage institutional accounts.

 

Student accounts are created and managed by the school and/or a parent/guardian where required.

By using the platform, you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account Creation and Management

The school must provide accurate and complete details during registration.

Schools and administrators are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of student and teacher records.

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all activity under their account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must NOT

Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Copy, alter, or distribute platform content without permission.

Upload viruses, attempt hacking, or disrupt system performance.

Violate the rights or privacy of other users.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, and tools belong to Smart School Solutions or its licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for educational and administrative purposes.

Commercial use or reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

6. Responsibilities of Schools and Parents

Schools must ensure proper use of the platform for educational purposes.

Teachers are responsible for maintaining accurate records of lessons, grades, and student progress.

Parents/guardians should actively monitor their child’s learning, attendance, and communication through the platform.

Your privacy is important. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data. By using the platform, you agree to this policy.

8. Responsibilities of Schools and Parents

We may suspend or terminate accounts if

These Terms are violated.

Required by law.

Fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activity is detected.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for service interruptions, data loss, or errors caused by user misuse or third-party systems.
